12189 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Associate Minister of Health: What is the Ministers expectation if Chief Executives and the Minister cannot agree on a savings and performance plan for their responsible agencies, if any?

Hon David Seymour: I am not responsible for any departments, ministries or agencies in my role as Associate Minister of Health. I am the responsible Minister for Pharmac. Decisions over Pharmac's operations are a matter for the Pharmac Chief Executive.
