12166 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into Historical Abuse in State Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions: What advice, if any, has the Minister requested regarding market led proposals?

Hon Erica Stanford: I'm uncomfortable with the member referring to survivors of abuse in care and those that support them as a "market". In February, a fund focused on supporting survivors and the recognition of unmarked graves was opened. Organisations that support survivors are able to submit proposals to the fund.
