Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: Are any external individuals or organisations been paid to contribute in any way to the fuel security study which the 2025 Briefing to the Incoming Minister of Energy says “…includes investigating the reopening of the Marsden Point Refinery and establishing a Fuel Security Plan”; if so, what is the total actual and budgeted expenditure of any such payments?
