12136 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What advice, if any, has the Minister requested regarding market led proposals?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on a range of matters. I have received relevant briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
