Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: How many more people each year, if any, has the Minister been advised will switch electricity providers with the implementation of the power bill comparison website (“Billy”) compared to the number who switch under the Consumer Powerswitch website?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Electricity Authority has not provided any advice as to how many more people will switch providers using 'Billy' compared to Powerswitch.
