12068 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: Since 27 November 2023, what persons, if any, have been appointed to a board role position that wasn't on a shortlist provided to you as responsible Minister?

Hon James Meager: As Associate Minister of Transport I can advise that since November 2023, the following individuals were appointed to Board roles who were not included on the longlist provided by the Ministry of Transport: • Terry Murdoch was appointed to the Civil Aviation Authority in August 2024 by the then Minister of Transport • Peter O’Regan was appointed to the Civil Aviation Authority in September 2025 by the Associate Minister of Transport.
