12067 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me its most recent restructure was of its System Commissioning & Performance group. Final decisions were announced on 26 February 2026 with 75 new permanent positions created and 73 permanent positions disestablished.
