12057 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the most recent restructure affecting staff at the Public Service Commission was initiated in August 2025 in relation to the Public Service Fale, and that 16 roles were affected by this restructure.
