12042 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that in that time period, Tourism New Zealand completed a restructure of Qualmark. This change took effect on 30 March 2026 and resulted in a net reduction of one FTE.
