12038 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: Since 27 November 2023, what persons, if any, have been appointed to a board role position that wasn't on a shortlist provided to you as responsible Minister?

Hon Louise Upston: In relation to both Whaikaha and Disability Support Services, since 27 November 2023, there have been no board role appointees that were not from shortlists provided to me by officials.
