Hon Paul Goldsmith: One Director of Ngāpuhi Investment Fund Ltd (Tupu Tonu), Darren Beatty, was appointed but was not initially shortlisted by the monitoring agency. This was a late nomination and, following the same interview process and assessment used for other candidates, the person was appointed.
