12018 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Revenue: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that the most recent restructure at Inland Revenue took place in the Operational Planning team. On 5 March 2026 final decisions were announced that 6 positions would be disestablished.
