11999 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Associate Minister of Justice: When does the Minister expect their responsible agencies, if any, to implement the Initial Baseline Exercise?

Hon Nicole McKee: The Budget 2024 Baseline Savings Exercise was the process by which Ministers submitted potential savings and new revenue proposals for Cabinet consideration as part of Budget 2024. The decisions made by Cabinet will be announced on Budget Day and implemented afterwards. The date of implementation will vary for each initiative.
