11996 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Immigration: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon Erica Stanford: As Minister for Immigration, I have no responsibility for any government departments, Ministries, agencies, crown entities or other bodies. Immigration New Zealand is a branch of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 12047 (2026).
