11992 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Health: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac’s most recent restructure took place in August 2025. A total of 5 roles were affected and of those 5 roles, 4 were disestablished. 1 role had a reporting line change with additional changes made to its responsibilities and scope. All staff were redeployed therefore there were no job losses.
