11987 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: Since 27 November 2023, what persons, if any, have been appointed to a board role position that wasn't on a shortlist provided to you as responsible Minister?

Hon Nicola Willis: Every director I have appointed was shortlisted prior to their appointment, as they must be on a list of candidates when being vetted through the Treasury’s due diligence process.
