Hon Nicola Grigg: I have interpreted appointments to 'board role positions' to be appointments to statutory roles. Since 27 November 2023, the following appointments have been made where the individual was not included on the original shortlist provided: • Brett O’Riley was appointed as a member of the Environmental Protection Authority. • Michelle Kazor, Barney Irvine, and Chris Grant were appointed to roles on the Waste Advisory Board. In each case, the appointment was made following the appropriate appointment and due diligence processes.
