11973 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Conservation: Since 27 November 2023, what persons, if any, have been appointed to a board role position that wasn't on a shortlist provided to you as responsible Minister?

Hon Tama Potaka: As Minister of Conservation, each year I am responsible for approximately 120 appointments across 40 Boards, Councils, and Committees. The Department of Conservation advises me that it would require significant manual collation and review of individual appointments to compile the information requested in the time available for responses to written questions.
