11954 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding market led proposals, listed by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I received an update in the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities status report of 18 December 2024 about a proposal from investors to purchase underwrite affected Crown owned homes. I have not received advice about market led proposals from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
