11935 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 23 March 2026, by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the week beginning 23 March 2026: • March 26 Meeting with Jason Paris, CE One NZ, 24 March 2026. • Six-monthly report to the House on the operation of the Severe Weather Emergency Recovery Legislation Act 2023, 25 March 2026. I received a further two documents during the week beginning 23 March 2026, however it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the required time frame.
