11934 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: What is the most recent restructure, if any, to take place in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, and how many roles were affected, if any?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry for Regulation undertook a consultation process in June 2024 to propose and confirm the first permanent organisational structure following its establishment. 12 permanent employees who had been transferred from the Treasury and Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment on 1 May 2024 were affected by this change process as the Ministry proposed and confirmed their new positions and reporting lines as part of moving to a permanent organisational structure.
