11921 (2026). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What advice or updates, if any, did the Minister receive about the Accredited Employment Work Visa during the week of March 16th 2026?

Hon Erica Stanford: In the week commencing March 16th 2026, I received information about the maximum continuous stay expiry for Level 4/5 roles and the timeliness and statistics updates on AEWV in the weekly report. In addition, I received advice regarding eligibility requirements for the Peak Seasonal Visa category within the AEWV.
