11867 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for the Environment: When does the Minister expect their responsible agencies, if any, to implement the Initial Baseline Exercise?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Budget 2024 Baseline Savings Exercise was the process by which Ministers submitted potential savings and new revenue proposals for Cabinet consideration at Budget 2024. Those proposals accepted by Cabinet will be announced on Budget day and implemented afterwards. The precise date of implementation by my responsible agencies varies by proposal.
