11820 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What correspondence in the last month, if any, has she received from economists, academics, or industry groups advocating for or against reinstatement of the Reserve Bank dual mandate?

Hon Nicola Willis: I receive correspondence from the public about a number of matters, and this is not categorized in the way the Member has asked. Collating this would require substantial staff resources and thus cost to the taxpayer. I do not believe that this would be in the public interest.
