11702 (2025). Benjamin Doyle to the Minister for ACC: What plans, if any, does he have to address any potential cultural shift or workplace safety concerns that ACC staff may have, if any, considering one of the stood down Deputy Chief Executives described the complainant as a "really vexatious person" to the media?

Hon Scott Simpson: On the 20th of March the ACC Board Chair announced a cultural review into ACC. I await the results of this review before commenting any further.
