11665 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 8827 (2026), what offence provisions, if any, apply to an individual who submits falsified documentation to NZTA in response to a requirement issued under clause 77 of the Land Transport (Driver Licensing) Rule 1999; and were those provisions applied in this case?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 11427 (2026). NZTA further advises that it is considering enforcement action, including infringements or prosecution, in accordance with the Land Transport Act 1998 and the Solicitor General's Prosecution Guidelines.
