Further to that my office was regularly updated by Hon Seymour's office on issues relating to the school lunch programme. - including supply by Libelle. My office was first verbally informed by Hon Seymour's office about issues relating to Libelle's solvency on 7 March. My office was then further updated the following week on 10 March. My office subsequently informed me. I have had no direct correspondence with Libelle.
