11605 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Courts: What advice, reports, briefings, analysis, aides-memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office seen about New Zealand's Universal Periodic Review (UPR) that was adopted by the Human Rights Council at it's 57th session.

Hon Nicole McKee: I did not receive any documents or advice about the Universal Periodic Review directly from the Ministry of Justice. However, I did receive some documents as part of Ministerial consultation including: • 7 December 2023 - Draft National Report • 18 July 2024 - Draft Cabinet Paper and attachments for Ministerial Consultation: Response to fourth Universal Periodic Review recommendations
