11579 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: Of the 11 objectives and corresponding performance measures as described in the National Plan of Action – Seabirds 2020, how many, if any, of the objectives have been achieved?

Hon Shane Jones: I am advised progress towards the objectives of the National Plan of Action for Seabirds is reported in the Seabird Annual Report and available on the Ministry for Primary Industries website. The NPOA Seabirds, published in 2020, indicated it will be reviewed after five years to assess whether objectives have been achieved.
