Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the October - December 2023 quarter, there was no progress in implementing appropriate and accessible feedback processes for locality, service design and commissioning processes. Health New Zealand undertook a successful recruitment process for a Disability Lead during the period. I am advised that development of appropriate and accessible feedback processes is a part of their work programme.
