11563 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister for Land Information: What avenues, if any, do neighbouring landowners have to object to the taking of land under the Public Works Act aside from the Environment Court?

Hon Chris Penk: There are no avenues under the Public Works Act 1981 for a person to object to the taking of their neighbour’s land.
