11562 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister for Land Information: What avenues, if any, do landowners have to object to the taking of land under the Public Works Act when the land is under general title, aside from the Environment Court?
Hon Chris Penk: Aside from objecting to the Environment Court, landowners may seek judicial review of decisions relating to the taking of their land under the Public Works Act 1981 or make a complaint to the Ombudsman.
