11538 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What was the rationale behind replacing annual summaries of serious adverse events with quarterly data dashboards, and how does this change improve public transparency, if at all?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that this has enabled the Health Quality and Safety Commission to track data closer to real time.
