11526 (2024). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for the Environment: When, if ever, does the Minister expect to make a decision on Environmental Protection Authority’s recommendation to ‘call in’ the application for a waste-to-energy plant in Te Awamutu?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received advice from the Ministry for the Environment and the Environmental Protection Authority. I am following Cabinet Circular requirements prior to making my decision.
