11525 (2024). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for the Environment: When, if ever, does the Minister expect the Environment Court process for the ‘call in’ of the Waimate waste-to-energy application to be complete?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Waimate waste to energy application that has been referred to the Environment Court has been placed on hold at the request of the applicant. This request has also paused the actions required by the Councils.
