11481 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised by ACC that three collective agreement negotiations are scheduled for the 2025 calendar year. The unions, the affected roles, and the timeframes listed below are as of 28 February 2025. • Association of Salaried Medical Specialists bargaining affects 38 roles and is currently ongoing. • Public Service Association bargaining affects 1,096 roles and is currently ongoing. • APEX bargaining affects 21 roles, with negotiations expected to commence in the coming weeks.
