Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that negotiations for one collective agreement is due to take place at the Ministry in 2025 as follows: • March 14 2025, PSA, coverage is all roles excluding employees holding Tier 2 managerial positions or a member of the SLT, all employees of the HR team, and casual employees. I am advised that negotiations for two collective agreements are due to take place at NZTA in 2025 as follows: • March 31 2025, PSA, Bargaining has been initiated and is currently in progress. The PSA has initiated bargaining for all roles below Chief Executive level. • July 1 2025, E tū, Bargaining is anticipated to commence later in 2025. The current E tū Collective Agreement covers all roles excluding People Leaders, Human Resources, Employment Relations, and Payroll.
