11476 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Health: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Ministry is currently engaged in collective bargaining with the PSA Union, affecting most roles within the Ministry, excluding senior leadership, HR and finance delegates, and certain clinical and casual roles. Additionally, I am advised that negotiations with the ASMS Union are expected to begin in May 2025, covering senior medical and dental practitioners, except for short-term and senior managerial roles with HR and financial delegations.
