Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and Public Service Association Collective Agreement (CA) expires on the 20 August 2025. The collective agreement covers all the work undertaken by TEC except for the following roles: - Chief Executive, - Deputy Chief Executives - Principal Advisors (with staff reporting to them) - Managers reporting to the Chief Executives - Executive Officers reporting to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executives - Senior Advisors Human Resources Under the coverage of the CA are roles such as Principal Advisors/Analysts, Senior Advisors/Analysts, Advisors/Analysts, Team Managers/Team Leaders, corporate and finance roles. IT Service Desk and technical roles. We anticipate being in bargaining for a new collective agreement from mid-June 2025.
