11472 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha is scheduled to undertake collective bargaining for the collective employment agreement covering all employees except the Chief Executive with the PSA on the following dates: • Wednesday 23 April 2025 • Wednesday 30 April 2025 • Thursday 1 May 2025 In relation to Disability Support Services, which is part of Ministry of Social Development, please refer to written parliamentary question 11466 (2025).
