11471 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law's current Collective Agreement with the Public Service Association expires on 1 December 2025 and it is expected that negotiations will begin from early October. This agreement covers all employees of Crown Law except members of the Leadership Team, third tier managers and Human Resources Advisory staff. The Parliamentary Counsel Office is currently in negotiations with the Public Service Association to agree a new Collective Agreement; coverage of the Collective includes all non-managerial positions, with the exception of any HR role.
