11470 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. As neither DPMC nor NEMA are currently a party to any collective employment agreement, the agencies do not anticipate any collective agreement negotiations during the 2025 calendar year.
