Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that three collective agreement negotiations will take place during the 2025 calendar year and all are currently underway. They are listed below by date, union, and roles affected. Date: The 2025 – 2027 Kaimahi/Staff collective agreement is currently out for ratification. Union: Public Service Association (PSA) Roles affected: All permanent and fixed term staff without Human Resource delegations and formal staff management responsibilities, excluding specific HR roles. Date: The 2025 – 2027 Team Leaders and Manager collective agreement is currently out for ratification. Union: Public Service Association (PSA) Roles affected: All Ministry positions that have Human Resource delegations and formal staff management responsibilities that fall in bands J7 and below, and ICT2. Date: Currently negotiating the first Collective Agreement. Union: Aotearoa Legal Workers’ Union (ALWU) Roles affected: Judges’ Clerks in the Senior Courts (High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court)
