11465 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Revenue: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that the PSA Collective expired on 28 February 2025. Negotiations are currently under way. The next bargaining dates are 26 and 27 March. The TaxPro collective expires 31 May 2025. Taxpro is expected to initiate around 3 April. Negotiations are due to commence 7 April. The NUPE collective expires 31 May 2025. NUPE is expected to initiate around 3 April. There are currently no set negotiation dates. These agreements all apply to employees in the following types of positions: • officer level • team leader/team lead level • tax technical/tax specialists • other equivalent types of positions with a similar level of responsibility.
