11464 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Karen Chhour: Te Puna Aonui is housed by the Ministry of Justice and staff can choose to join the Ministry’s collective agreement. This collective agreement expired in 2024 and the Ministry is currently engaged in bargaining talks with the Public Service Association.
