11453 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Chris Bishop: There is no collective bargaining planned in 2025 for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that in May 2025, bargaining negotiations with Te Pukenga Here Tikanga Mahi Public Service Association (PSA) for a replacement collective agreement will take place. The collective agreement covers all permanent and fixed term employees, in all role types who are members of the PSA, with the exception of the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executives, General Managers, People Leadership Team, Senior People Partners, People Partners, The Principal Employment Relationship Specialist or equivalent position.
