11450 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Health: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac began negotiations with the Public Service Association on 9 October 2024 and these negotiations are ongoing. These negotiations affect all Pharmac staff who are currently employed under a Collective Employment Agreement.
