11444 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that negotiation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade's joint Collective Employment Agreement with the Public Service Association and the Foreign Service Association was initiated in February 2025. Coverage of the agreement extends to roles at Tier 4 and below.
