11420 (2025). Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Media and Communications: What measures are in place, if any, to manage conflicts of interest of directors on the board of NZ On Air?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: NZ On Air is subject to the conflict of interest provisions in the Crown Entities Act 2004. I am also advised that NZ On Air has its own extensive policy for managing conflicts of interest.
