11413 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: Does the Minister expect to return to a Budget surplus; if so, when?

Hon Nicola Willis: As set out in the BPS, the Government is committed to working towards a surplus via a steadily improving trajectory for the operating balance. The Government will provide more detail in the forthcoming Budget on 30 May.
